プライベートレッスン開始時間についてのお願い
当スクールでは、多くのお客様にスムーズにレッスンをご利用いただくため、
プライベートレッスンの開始時間・終了時間を厳守させていただいております。
- レッスン時間は、ご予約の開始時刻から終了時刻までとなります。
- お客様のご都合により開始時刻に遅れて到着された場合でも、終了時刻の延長はできません。
- また、遅刻による返金・割引・レッスン時間の振替は一切いたしかねます。
- 次のレッスンや他のお客様のご予約の関係上、レッスン時間の延長対応はできませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。
インストラクターは、お約束の時間に合わせて待機・準備を行っております。
皆さまに公平にサービスをご提供するため、開始時間の厳守にご協力をお願いいたします。
Regarding Private Lesson Start Time
To provide fair and smooth service for all guests,
we kindly ask you to be on time for your private lesson.
- Lesson time is counted from the reserved start time to the scheduled end time.
- If you arrive late for your lesson, we cannot extend the lesson time.
- There will be no refund, discount, or rescheduling due to late arrival.
- We cannot extend your lesson because other guests may have reservations after you.
Your instructor is scheduled and waiting for you from the booked start time.
Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.

お申し込み方法｜How to Book
プライベートレッスンをご希望の方は、LINE または E-mail にてご連絡ください。
下記項目をご記入のうえ、お送りください。
- お名前
- 携帯電話番号
- 希望レッスン開始時間
- 希望レッスン時間（例：2時間）
- 英語レッスン希望の有無（英語希望の場合はその旨を明記）
- 希望レッスン内容（現在のレベル・練習したいこと など）
お申し込み内容を確認後、予約可能かどうかを折り返しご連絡いたします。
予約が可能な場合は、クレジット決済用のリンクをお送りしますので、期日までにお支払いをお済ませください。
決済完了をもって、ご予約確定となります。
If you would like to book a private lesson, please contact us via LINE or e-mail and include the following information:
- Full name
- Mobile phone number
- Preferred lesson start time
- Desired lesson duration (e.g. 2 hours)
- Whether you would like the lesson in English
- Lesson request / goals (your current level and what you would like to work on)
After we receive your message, we will check availability and get back to you.
If a booking is possible, we will send you a credit card payment link.
Please complete the payment by the specified due date.
Your reservation will be confirmed once the payment has been received.
受講に関するご案内｜Important Notes
- 小学3年生以下で JSBA2級以上 のお子様が一般クラスを希望される場合は事前にご相談ください。
- 小学2年生以下で 2名以上 の場合、リフト乗車のレッスンは行いません。
- コーチにより受講条件が異なる場合があります。
- 事前予約をお願いいたします。
- 他レッスンや遠征等でご希望に添えない場合があります。
- Children in 3rd grade or younger who ride at JSBA Level 2 or above must contact us before joining a general class.
- For children in 2nd grade or younger, lift-riding lessons are not offered for groups of two or more.
- Conditions may vary depending on the instructor.
- Advance reservation is required.
- We may not be able to accommodate all requests due to other lessons or travel commitments.
キャンセルポリシー｜Cancellation Policy
- プライベートレッスンは 事前決済で予約確定 となります。
- 当日キャンセル： 受講料100%
- 前日キャンセル： ¥12,000
- 2日前キャンセル： ¥8,000
- 悪天候等でスキー場がクローズの場合は、全額返金
- Reservations are confirmed after advance payment.
- Same-day cancellation: 100% of the fee
- 1 day before: ¥12,000
- 2 days before: ¥8,000
- In the event that the ski resort is closed due to bad weather or other circumstances, the full participation fee will be refunded.
